I had a content service (INTEG010) charge on my phone R5. A service that I was totally unaware of. I don't recall registering this service. When I had contacted Cellc, they werent wiling to assist. They suggested I contact the content service centre.

I was told by the Service consultant we had registered for the service, obviously nothing to my knowledge. When questioned them about what the service, they mentioned it was for wallpapers, ringtone etc. I most certainly would not have registered for such a ridiculous servcie and being an adult. I could have downladed the info from the net which is free. as opposed to paying. R5.00 per day.

When asked why I was not sent any smses as a reminder for the various websites or a notification the female consultant was silent.

She told us that the service was re-registered a week or so prior. When asked them for a log or confirmation report. she was unable to assist and was silent again.

I cancelled the service but had paid approx R200 (to CellC) for something that I did not use and was a scan. I am surprised that CellC was unable to assist or entertain sucha service on their network.

Is Cellc in it as well?
