Continous billing of Content on Account

I have had on 2 occasions where I got "registered" for content services. I spoke to the company in question and they showed that I registered from a Fly 2080 from India and I live in South Africa. Autopage refuse to take any accountability for this type of on their customers accounts.

Spoke to their Customer Service department and was advised that they cannot assist me (or won't assist me) and they say they are unable to block or put a stop to these subscription services even though I have not registered for these services.

What is the use of being a service provider if they don't provide any sort of service. They can't protect us from these forms of.
