Accounts department is REFUSING to refund me my money. The consultants are ridiculously incompetent up 2 a point where they even lack simple retail customer service, like giving relevant feedback. The contract was cancelled in February but my account is still being debited.
This is shocking because even their managers and franchise owners are clueless in resolving the situation. How does Nashua employ such people to run their business.
