I've complained to Mtn Customer Service couple of times about poor signal and terrible 3G service in Protea Glen, and was referred to Coverage department. I've a trail of emails and reference numbers with that department and all they say it's that it's being attended. No proper feedback.
One can hardly send or download an email there using a smart phone, not to mention using your cellphone banking. My contract is due for upgrade now and termination date is end of July. I'm not going to upgrade. What's the point of owning a smart phone if you can't use it to it's full potential. I'm going to prepaid and as for another contract i'll look next door.
