I got a samsung galaxy S3 in January. Since then I have no data access and cannot send MMS's
I have tried to resolve this on numerous occassions
I requested a copy of all recordings, transcripts and the voice recording for the contract
This has been ignored and not furnished.
At the time I took out the contract the sales person told me the cancellation fee was a pro rata amount of the handset based on the balance of the contract. Yet now Cell C want me to pay out the full balance of the contract. This is in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act.
I am waiting on this information in order to take this to my attorneys. Cell phone companies have to stop bullying consumers. Their promises are empty and their service non existent.
