Cell C
Where is the Management of Cell C hiding?

It is now over a week and a half since Cell C last phone call after a months worth of wait...
What exactly is going on???
More Reference no's and still no result... I'm confused what happened to Cell C service?
CellC seems to have no problem taking money but they seriously seem to have a problem with service delivery and even lack of common decency to get back to a client.
All one gets is a call to say they will look into it and then silence... What exactly is going on here?
Can somebody please explain... how does this work... You take my monthly subscription and deliver me NO SERVICE...!!! what am i paying for???
