My monthly bill has always been a between R1200 - R2000. During April I travelled to Namibie for three days and tried to download important e-mails. First of all I was not informed/warned that there will be additional charges when I entered Namibie. The system was very slow and most of the e-mails could not even download, therefore my attempts was very unsuccessful.
Once back in RSA I was warned about these additional costs. For these three days I was billed R35 000 unfairly. Up to date R15 000 was paid so that my account wont get blocked. Currently my invoice amount is R67 000?? How does that add up? During the last five years I went to Germany and shortly after entering the country I was warned about additional cost that I would incur. I successfully downloaded e-mails on a daily basis and my phone bill has never been more that R10 000 on these trips.

So far Autopage have been very unhelpful regarding this unfair billing and I would like some explanation and have this invoice reviewed.
