My contract minutes has not been credited to my phone number the end of May 2013. I was in contact with the call centre 2 days ago but to date it has not been fixed.

Could you kindly provide an update to Mr Klopper regarding the above, see SR 100626300.
To date nothing has been rectified although I had been in contact with the Jabulile via email on a continuous basis. I need my contract minutes credited as I am over my allowed minutes at this stage.
