I purchased airtime on a atm in Randburg. The machine does not give an option for 8ta but it says Telkom. Funny enough they advertise as Telkom Mobile. Now the airtime voucher is said to be for the landline. I called the call centre and spoke to a lady named zinhle who told me that there is nothing that can be done since i selected telkom which was the only option available. What seems to amaze me is that 8ta is under Telkom and advertised as telkom mobile. Can someone do his or her job. I can't loose R150 to telkom just like that.
