Billing complaint

I am still awaiting for feedback regarding how i would be refunded the funds due to me and whether investion has been concluded.
I spoke to someone who advised that she is dealing with the case however she could not say how the refund wold be
would be made, she said she would get the Credit Department to contact me howver no one has contacted me and she also gave me a number she said is her direct line but that number goes unanswered.
Can someone contact me and let me know what'going on with my refund.
