Our landline has been down since Thursday 30 May which means we have had no working telephone or internet. We tried to log a report (0126544943) but can't as a fault has already been reported (165BTK100413). It is very frustrating as nothing has been done for almost 6 days now. I do not understand why this could not have been fixed by now!?
