8ta 60GB Promotion Specifics Changed

Having bought a 60GB prepaid promo from 8ta a few months ago I was very happy. However I am now not so happy as I have noticed 8ta/Telkom now appears to be shaping the traffic (or something else) after 7pm. This never happened when I first bought the bundle, however now some websites I cannot reach (mainly international) and I am not able to use FTP at all at almost exactly 7pm in Cape Town.

This was not happening previously and I have paid for the promotion to use it, I am now being forced to use it only between certain hours. Possibly they are having issues though nothing has been brought to my attention. Working in internet marketing and being online a lot this has affected my business as it basically grinds to a halt at 7pm. It is not the money issue, I was very impressed with 8ta marketing, website and offers when they launched but this kind of thing (with no warning/reason given) has made me decide to go back to Vodacom and I will be going out to buy a Vodacom modem tomorrow.
