I followed the instructions to transfer from my old host to Web Africa only to have my website partially disabled the whole weekend! They claim not to be able to import from a back-up that works fine with my old host. There is a limited number of staff on duty and I keep being passed to different people who always need to ask a developer or DBA's advice. They said that it would be straightforward to transfer to a new host but all it has done is put my entire site and reputation at risk!
