I took a SmartDataPostpaid_2GB_24_Months contract from a telesales consultant for R119 today i received my invoice stating that i woe Cell C R205.
I'm currently being transferred up and down and no one can assist me with my issue, Currently been put on hold for 15 minutes, I need this contract to be clarified but they all beating around the bush as too who is responsible to assist me, .
This is really sad for a struggling Network Organisation that needs clients but then providing such a low service to they clients.
