This is my 3rd report. This phone is now switching of randomly even during calls. Ny business gets affected. Mtn doesn't do anything than saying the email has been excalated whilst nothing is said. I have to say this, I don't think they care about me as a customer. If I wasn't paying, the line could have been cut off but when they aren't giving a service, because we need them, they don't care. Its bad relations. Am I supposed to take back this phone back for the 6th time and waste money and time again? Can I please get an answer on this matter please?
