Debited money into account

I called the cancellations department at Vodacom today (02 June 2013) as my contract was to end with them sometime this month and I did not want an upgrade. To my dismay I was told it was upgraded on the 18th of April 2013 by a company called Elite Mobile which means it will only expire sometime in 2015.

I want to know from them who gave them the authority or permission to go ahead and upgrade my contract without contacting me as this is. To make matters worse, Vodacom informed me that they (elite mobile) have already given me an S3 galaxy phone which I don't even have and I was given the contact number 0861103195 to sort it out with them. This is very frustrating as they have now debited money from my account on the 31st may 2013.

I demand to be re-imbursed as well as some sort of proof or signature to show that it was authorised by myself as I know for sure that no one contacted me from that company which means that this was done.

I just ask myself how long they have been doing this to other people who obviously didn't take notice that they were being cheated. This is unacceptable and unprofessional..
