Very BAD service on variety of issues

My husband left the employment of his employer, over 10 years ago. Under instruction of this employer the account was suspended for a period of time. This has been rectified, all of this took place approximately two weeks ago. My account was set up approximately 2 years ago with 100 free sms's per month. This has also been paid for but I never received the 100 sms's but only 20 sms's. I only realised this two weeks ago, my husband had to meet Autopage twice to obtain a credit on his account for this. The credit was approved but it appears that Autopage did not credit the account but actually debited the account or that is what we could ascertain from our latest interactions with the call centre (yesterday). Friday evening both phones were disconnected from the network. This morning we went to Autopage Menlyn and the assistant said that a HARD BAR was loaded to the phones. The assistant phoned head office and they could not explain to tell him why the HARD BAR exists. The phones are still disconnected. For the record all accounts are up to date, actually there should be a credit on the one account of approximately R700. Cellphone numbers 0836101939 & 0832261503.
