New promotion yet all stores out of stock?

Hi

I am really dissappointed at cellc. I decided to port my number over to cellc from vodacom today. I found a promotion with the s3 mini, yet all the stores that I called in jhb had no stock. Why advertise if you dont have stock?

At 1 store, I was told that I would only get the handset on Wednesday??? That is really dissappointing.
