I wrote a complaint a while ago and it was responded to thank you.
I am still not satisfied because your agent was in a hurry to make a sale and did not tell me that the MTN contract is an open contract. I told her many many times that I do not want an open contract I want Top up and she said it is Top up.
After you guys sent me that email I phoned your customer care and this guy told me about this thing of sending an sms to check my limit or to go to the store and put a limit. A thing is I do not want a limit I want Top up!!!
I also work at a contract money department and I know that I can change from open contract to Top up.
I was also promised that those calls by lungelo will be listened to until now no response
