Poor service

I am currently on parental control and i would like 2 remove it because i cannot access my regular gambling sites for i am restricted.

There is no way of me retrieving this pin apparently and it is kind of stupid seeing i am 21 and i cant even remove a parental off of my sim.

It would be amazing if someone can assist in removing it.
