We have had DSTV extra view for about five years, and in that time have been unable to remove the default parental control on both television sets.
We have spent a fortune on telephone calls to Multichoice on several occasions trying to fix the problem (we are pensioners and can ill afford the expense) but each time after spending ages on the phone to a consultant, they do not fix the problem and the darn parental control remains with very irritating bleeps in the dialogue of movies.
We do not want parental control and it ruins our enjoyment of the movies with age restrictions. Please someone at Multichoice help, we are so frustrated!
