Parental lock can't be reversed

Hi there

I activated parental control sometime ago on my phone but now it can't be undone.
Every time I go to some sites on the Internet with my phone it restricts them. I called the call centre about this
And I was referred to your data department but there was no resolve, they told me that
The only way to deactivate parental control on my iPhone 5 was to walk into a vodashop with my ID which I did
But they couldn't help either, they deactivated it but still my phone gets web restricted vodacom page which I'm always redirected to instead of the actual site I want to go to. The guys at centurion vodashop for repairs. And sales tested the site which I wanted to go with another iPhone 5 it went through just fine except mine they even called the data department again but couldn't help, they're a lot
Of those sites I go to and I get restricted page, someone sort this thing out for me please.
