His employees refuse to assist

The continuing saga. Vodacom overcharged me for data usage. The emei numbers of the devices used in dowloading thousands of mega bytes of data are not the same as the devices in my possession... AND... the dowload speeds are so unrealistic, they don't exist anywhere in the world... 36MB in 17 seconds??? I am also expected to accept that three devices used the same sim card at the same time. I have now requested a meeting with Vodacom CEO Aziz Joosub. I am not sure if he is too afraid to deal with me, or his staff are avoiding me telling him that I require an appointment. Maybe they are afraid I will prove to him how incompetent they are. This has been going on since September 2012. And I thought MTN were bad...
