After spending an average of R1300 a month with Nashua Mobile, Ive decided to call it quits.
24 months ago I asked them 2 delete one of my 500 sms bundles and as I pay via debit order I only noticed that is was not deleted after a few months chatting to one of the call centre staff I learnt that it was not removed because of some incompatability. I had since chatted to the area manager who never got back to me.24 months later after several attempts of leaving my name and number and spending hours holding on Im giving up bottom line. I have been paying for a service I have not been receiving!!! I have been a Client for the last 14 years yes 14 years and you have disrespected me once tooo often!!!
