I have continually reported faults on my ADSL line for the past 2 months. I have not as yet had any real feedback or that the speed issue has been solved. I keep getting told the problem is in Durban - so what..surly it can get fixed in an appropriate timeframe!! But don't forget that you will not see the credit on your account for the time period there was unsatisfactory service!!
I pay for a 4Meg service and have never recieved any line speed near that. Telkom simply does not give the service for which we pay.
Come on... get the problem sorted out!!!
