I have 2 contracts with Autopage of which I have discovered I an being unduly overbilled for. The one voice contract was transferred to me a month or 2 ago and I was told there were no additional charges and the contracted amount is R370 and I will be allowed to downgrade this contract within 2 months. To my surprise my account was debited for R710 2 days ago. I then called the call centre yesterday and was told that my 2nd contract which is a data contract will be debited on the 01st for an amount of R1200. Note that these are purely subscription costs as NO usage has been recorded. The data contract was sold to me as R269 a month for a My Gig 2 contract with a laptop, NO HIDDEN COSTS. I queried these accounts on 01 May and a credit note was requested which the call centre agent could not trace. I am completely disgusted with this pathetic service. I would rather cancel both these contracts than have to deal with anymore attempts at me. What is the point of contacting the agents or being inconvenienced further by speaking to them in the store if NOTHING IS GOING TO BE RESOLVED.
