Waiting for "session" to go through

On the 8th of April I went into my local Nashua Mobile Dealer Cell Clinic in Welkom (full of hopes and dreams) to upgrade my contract. I requested to stay on MTN and asked for the BB Z10. When they finally phoned me 4 weeks later (thats how long they waited to get stock) I had changed my mind about MTN and about the Z10. I decided to migrate to CellC (awesome deals and cheap data) and rather go for the Samsung S4. Earliest migration could occur is 13th May. Great I patiently waited for 13th may walked back in signed forms everything. I'm still waiting. This time not for stock but for a "session" to go through. Cell Clinic has put a phone aside for me but cant release it before head oficce clears the "session". Phoned customer care today only to hear the session might take to the 7th of June. and if I cancel they are gonna punish me with cancellation costs. And Cancellation might take another month. The irony is a CellC salesperson told me they could have me migrated and phone in hand within 7 working days a week before the 13th of may. If only I didn't't stay with Nashua. Brand loyalty maybe. What now? Be patient and punish myself for 24 months or just pay the cancellation costs???
