I'm very much unhappy with the unfair customer service i received from Rayshine on the 04/11/2013.
I had a laser session booked for Monday 04/11/2013 at 07h00. Unfortunately i was unable to attend the session due to a family emergency which i encountered on Sunday night. My mother fell and broke her leg and i had to rush her to the hospital and as this incident happened at night i was obviously unable to attend my session on the Monday morning as i had to take care of my mother and even took the day off from work.
I called Rayshine on Monday morning @ 06h26 to inform them of my incident and that i will not be able to attend my session and the response i got was that i will forfeit my session due to late cancellation. I explained to them that this incident happened late on Sunday and obviously i couldn't call them for cancellation as they were not working on sunday. Priscilla was inconsiderate and refused to accept my reason and instead she compared my situating to buying movie tickets and not pitching for the movie (like reall??) To me this is just a petty comparison as these two are totally not the same and will never be!
I expect Rayshine to re-book me for my session!!!
