General lack of service

Following from my original complaint (to which I still await feedback)

I applied for a new contract as well as a number port from Vodacom.
The process started on the 3rd of May and has still not been completed.

I thought I would try Cell C but this looks as if it was a massive mistake on my part. I have received nothing but poor service from Cell C (except from agent who assisted me yesterday).
I call in daily to follow-up on the status of things and never seem to get a definitive answer, I am always advised to call in the next day.
I had no idea taking out a new contract would be such a hassle.

I also gave some thought to taking out a contract for a tablet (in addition to the cellphone) but after the lack of interest from the sales consultant and the service I've received this far, this seems very unlikely.

Seriously disappointed with the level of service and i'm not even an "existing" customer yet.
