Today, 28 May 2013, I was called to collect my new phone at the cellc store in canal walk. I drove all the way from Tokai, waited about 20minutes in store to be seen to. The application for the phone has been approved says the consultant. I sit for about a half an hour listening to her explain the norms about the contract and sign the necessary papers. She then tells me, the system does not want to accept my account number and for this reason I cannot get the phone. She looks at me blankly and says she will sort it out tomorrow, no apology, does not ask if I'm available to get it tomorrow. Seriously, what service is that. Consultants should check all details before they call customers. This is not a good reflection on the store and the brand itself. I am extremely disappointed.
