Please take my payment

I have spoken to many people from collections and they have made arrangements that i pay on the 25th instead of the 15th and was told i quote "As per reference number S3-TPE1E-ERJCP, our technicians sent you sms to 0714840773 on 14-05-2013 at 11:20 and they advised that the debit order magtape was already in progress on your account to debit full amount. They cannot do payment arrangement now on your account."
i then tried to pay the amount online but the bank doesnt allow me to as it says "please enter valid benificiary account number "
this number is pre-listed but still doesnt work
i cannot go to a branch or to the bank and i asked for them to do a debit but am told that they cannot do it . this to me is just bad service and they should cater for disabled people as well that cannot go to the branch or bank as this is unfair.
