This is an official complaint kindly send it to the complaints department.

By this complaint I'm expecting these outcomes
1.My contact be cancelled so that I can take a contract elsewhere and I need this in writing
2.The claim be processed and I pay in what's necessary as I was promised to get a white iphone 4S... I DONT WANT A BLACKEBERRY 9900, its been replaced numerous times. Besides you don't even have stock as we speak! Ive been told

Frankly I'm tired of Autopage and really I can't wait to end the relationship I have with your company.

Ive experienced it all and the service from Autopage has been nothing but shocking. I won't be surprised if your market share has dropped, it's the way you handle your customers. Pathetic!! to say the least and I can predict your future in 2020 you will have no customers at the rate you are going. The only reason I stayed with you guys for so long is that close to upgrade time this suddenly changes but TWICE beaten twice shy!

Dismal customer handling is what I've been through over the years from being harassed for payments meanwhile you guys have my account number, coming to your offices and queuing for hours and walking empty handed
