I have laid several complaints regarding my bill. I have been charged around R700 for data only. The phone is hardly used for the purpose of downloads.
After numerous calls to the call centre, and much more incompetent people than you can imagine, I am told that my query will be resolved in 24 hours. It has been quite some time now, and Altech carries on to send me statements as if nothing is wrong.
I have 3 contracts with them and regret having them to start off! I would like my hard earned money refunded and advise that you consider some other form of cheating your clients!
