No interest in Customer Issues

Hi

Just a complete lack of reliable service from Vodacom on their 3G service.

Issue has been ongoing since eary December, one day it works fine, next day I get dropped 10 times.

How am I supposed to work???

Logged Dropped Call through their self service mechanism, only get a reference number. No one phones to say this is what the issue is or when it is likely to be solved.

Very happy to take my money, have no idea about providing a decent service. May I should follow there previous CEO, at least when he was about there was some degree of service.

Where do I get a refund for time lost? Services Not Rendered?
