I received my account this month, to discover that I apparently used R1500.00 worth of data within a space of less then 7 days. Which is complete s. As I have adsl at home, which I normally use, I had carry over from the month before and still had internet time left on my stick.
Trying to get this issue sorted out by Vodacom is useless. My intelligence has been insulted. (I am in IT, I know how to handle my data) and I am told it will take over two weeks to sort out and we must just cough up money that we do not have and for something I never did. And then might get a refund. NO NO NO, this is not right.
Your billing service is faulty and from what i have been reading, we are not the only ones that have had this issue with wrongful data usage charges. And this is the second time this has happened.
I will be cancelling my contracts with you and move to MTN, where my wife has never had any issues!!!
