On the 15th of May 2013l I realised my phone lines were dead, I contacted Telkom regarding this matter, and was told it would be resolved in 2 days. Ten days later it has not been sorted out as yet, despite my daily calls to Telkom and my request to the supervisor who promised to contact me with Feedback. I have had to purchase data bundles to the value of R300 as well as Airtime to the value of R100 owing to my lines being down. I've also visited the Telkom office in Lenasia and was told they could not assist me.
