I just received a sms notification for a deduction of R199.00 from my standard bank account and the reference is FLEXI CELL.
This raised suspicion as I have no dealings with this company.
I checked my bank statements via internet banking and picked up that they have been debiting my account since JANUARY this year.
I cannot check further back and I will be contacting the bank to trace all debits from this company.
This is unethical behaviour and goes against what the Consumer Protection Act stands for.
I will take this matter to the highest authority if it is not resolved and expect an apology from this company and a full refund of what was deducted.
