Good day

The query i had with Flexicell was partially resolved, in the sense that the company claimed to only have records of deductions since May 2012. Whereas i know that the deductions started quite a few years back. I was refunded for the period that the company has a record of.

However, i was told that if i can prove that more money was deducted, then i must sent the proof through to the company, and they will review it and deal with it accordingly. Meanwhile I have traced old bank statements of mine which proofs that the amount was paid into their account for longer than the company alleged. I am now going to sent copies of the bank statements that i do have in my possession through to Flexicell, so that a period can be determined, and i hope the problem will then finally be sorted out.
