Cell C, I applaud you for the changes you have caused in our country.
You have singlehandedly caused a massive price drop across all networks and even those with other service providers should thank you, not their SP that merely followed your example to stop their customers from leaving.
Your prices are excellent,

Your customer service is a lot better - but can still be improved upon.
The only thing i would change is the validity of the supercharge bonus.
I normally use about R100 a month. with your current system my bonus only lasts a week.
I don't use the 100 sms' nor the 100 free on net calls, the only thing i really use is the 100mb.
The only way around that is to recharge R5 every other day, but that is not practical.
If R5 give 5mb bonus and lasts for 2 days then surely R 50 with its 50mb bonus lasts 20 days. Its just logical, but no, it only lasts 5 days.
C'mon. 50 or 100mb is not that much. Increase the validity and put the final nail in the coffin of the other SP's
