I insured my cell phone in Aug 2012 (not sure of exact date). I believe I specifically enquired whether in the event of claiming for it, my bonus would be affected - I'm always concerned about this. As far as I can recall I was informed that my bonus would not be affected. However, my phone was on Thursday the 25th of April but when I called to claim I was advised my bonus would be affected if I claimed for the phone. Please investigate the original call when I took out the insurance. If I'm correct in my recollection, I wish to be reimbursed for the premium I've been paying as I would not have taken out the cell phone insurance if I believed that claiming would affect my bonus. Had I known that I would have insured through my service provider.
Please also remove the additional member "Classen" from my policy - this was entered by a consultant at some point and I've phoned several times to have the person removed.
