I still haven't received any feedback from Nicoleen nor Precious or the call centre for that matter, with regards to my ummmm, let me see... 3 posts. All I get are empty promises. I must say, I'm moving on to another Service Provider. You guys are really terrible, even the socila media telkom mobile team is useless.

Wouldn't go for anything Telkom for as long as I live, my circle included. YOU ARE THE WORST!!!
