Can someone call me and confirm the contract has been cancelled and when the refund will be paid over!!!
Its been a week and no one has contacted me!!!
I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and this type of service is not what I expect from MTN.
I never had problems in the past!!
Can Somayya the person who replied to my last compliant contact me! in her reply she said she will process a cancellation and assist with the necessary refunds. Nothing has been done!
