Frustrated and Angry!!!

My parents have been without a telephone for over two and half months. cables were . technicians came sorted cables now they say they are waiting for municipal to give them an okay to dig across the road. this is frustrating as we needed a phone urgently to keep in contact with family as their was a tragedy in our family.. i know u will say use your cell phone. do u know what our cellphone bills are coming too plus we need to buy airtime, is telkom going to reimburse us. this is becoming annoying to the entire community, and most of our alarms work with telephone lines and Newlands WEst area is a high risk area. what the is going on.

CAN SOMEONE TELL US WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!
