I was with Telkom, their service, knowledge and attitude was absolutely PUTRID. I then heard Cybersmart was the best. Had them for years, and everyday their service went downhill. Staff was always friendly and very eager to assist but as months went by their service reminded me of Telkom. I then decided enough is enough. I moved to you guys TODAY :). Chris assisted me very well, called me back on my mobile (Telkom and Cybermsart never did this because there was calls in the queue), signed me up, very happy chappy and brought me some hope in ISP's. Your service is excellent and I PRAY that it stays the same in the future. Keep up the good work guys ;)
