Faulty Telephone Line

I have reported this fault on the 3rd of April already. It is the 5th day and the line is still not working. Nobody has been to visit my house or contacted us yet. Telephone number 021 975 9118. Its a prepaid phone and there is NO line. It just makes a shhhh noice.
