Incorrect data usage

According to Cybersmart my ADSL managed to use 21gigs (approx 15 Gigs over 2 days then another 6 GIGS) over another 2 day period, either during night while I was asleep or I was at work, with IPad's / Laptops off. To validate I checked the cloud accout, updates and dowloads per Laptop / Ipad .. nothing used! I truthfully used 1 gig max. Prior to Cybersmart I had Cell C 3g with a 2gig pm cap - no issues and managed to come out most months with this cap. Either way, how do you unknowingly manage to use 21 gigs in 4 days?

Cybersmart response: " Your wifi must have been hacked, please change your password. Nothing else we can do". My counter, I live in a very secure estate, no loitering on the street my random people. Secondly my wifi signal barely reaches all the rooms and with a 1300 sqm property I dount it will each the outer perimiter to permit hacking.

After 2 calls (with above replies) and 2 emails (with no response after 2 days) I will be moving my account. Their service delivery was brialliant to get me onboard. I suspect their pricing must be so good because they cheat you ont he data usage.
