I reported to you about how AG Cellular demanded an amount of R4000.00 for the cellphone which I took back because it stopped working. They called me and promised investigation but haven't heard from them since.
Now I am faced with a garnish of more than R14 000.00 which is being deducted from my account by LANDAU ATTORNEYS. They are deducting an amount of R349.00 per month for what?
Firstly I was blacklisted for this cellphone which I do not know where it is and it is them who stopped deducting money from my account so I do not see why am I liable for what ever damage. I want my name cleared and I want my money back. Further more I am taking this matter to court now. I never saw a cellphoen that cost so much in my life or lese there is something going on with AG Cellular.
