Not at all impressed CellC. I requested a port on at 8am on Friday 18 May. I was told that it would happen within 24 hours. A weekend later I call again on Monday. NOBODY knows about a port request. I did ask for a Reference and was told no just say you spoke to Lerato. Three attemps later, ie three phonecalls later and its still not done. From having to phone the number to it being activated, again, against my request to Cell C Direct. OBVIOUSLY its easier to do it in store, THAT IS IF you can get somebody to help you in the store were all the customers mill around while the CellC staff are trying to figure out what to do. Not at all impressed. Maybe I should have stayed with MTN. The old line of "rather the devil you know" jumps to mind.
