Following up after my previous query (https:///mtn/complaints/upgrade-faults-billed-for-mtns-fault-1079638), my contract went over to its second month today and the problem still hasn't been resolved.
Apparently it was escalated at MTN, but I haven't heard anything from them. (REQ:2108840)
This problem needs to be sorted out this week, as I will probably be billed for MTN's faults again.
