HAD ENOUGH!!!

MTN I HAD ENOUGH WITH YOUR BAD BAD SERVICE. I HAVE 2 top up contracts which amount 2 R300 but every month MTN keeps on debiting my account with almost R600. Every month I have 2 send an email stating that they debited the wrong amount and have to wait a month for them to rectify well NO MORE I HAD ENOUGH. I WANT THIS SITUATION RECTIFIED ASAP BEFORE THE END OF THIS MONTH. I REALLY DO NOT CARE ANY MORE ABOUT YOUR SOB STORIES ABOUT YOUR BOOKS AND FINANCIAL NONSENSE I WANT IS RECTIFIED BY 30 MAY 2013 and I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP. IF U HAVE DONE UR WORK PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME ROUND I WUDNT NEED TO WRITE EMAILS EVRY MONTH. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OVER 10 YEARS AND THIS IS HOW U TREAT CUSTOMERS THEN I THINK MORE PEOLPE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS SITUATION AND LOOK AT WHAT OTHER NETWORKS HAS TO OFFER. I LOvE BEING WITH MTN ONCE EVEN TAKE MY FAMILY TO MTN BUT THIS WRONG BILLING IS GETTING FRUSTRATING AND TO KEEP ON SENDING EMAILS SO THAT U MUST DO UR JOB CORRECTLY ITS NOT WORTHIT ANYMORE. SO JUST RECTIFY MY ACCOUNT ASAP AND WUD LIKE IT IF WE DO NOT GO DOWN THIS ROAD AGAIN BUT AS I HAVE THIS BAD EXPERIENCE EVERY MONTH I WILL TAKE IT FUTHER... UPSET CUSTOMER
